This class is designed for first-timers who want to move, learn, and have fun without pressure. We’ll break down the moves, do it together, and show you exactly what to expect in our studio. This class exists for anyone who has: -Felt nervous walking into a fitness space -Said “I can’t move like that” (spoiler: you can!) -Wanted something fun without feeling judged -Needed a place to move, laugh, and feel human again
