GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
So many people come to Shake It Up Fitness classes just looking for a workout, but what they get is so much more than that. I’m here to motivate you, help you see your inherent strength and beauty, and guide you to live your very best life. Yes, all of that from a dance fitness class– because this isn’t just any dance fitness class.
In my class we work hard while we let loose, have a ton of fun, laugh, and whoop it up. I start every class with a simple but important reminder: if I go left and you go right, it does not matter. Are you moving your body? Are you having fun? Great! That’s all that matters. If you go the “wrong” way, maybe you’ll bump into your neighbor and make a new friend– because at my classes you’ll find a supportive, friendly community. But remember: there really is no “wrong” way to move your body.
